How To...Assign Categories To Files Automatically

This short movie shows how to assign Categories to files automatically when they are added to the Vault.

Be aware that assignment rules are applied in the order that they appear in the "Assignment Rules" dialogue box. You can use the "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons to change the order the rules are applied.
