Issue:
Autodesk Design Review keeps asking to update to 2012, and is not supported with Vault 2011 or prior (at time of this posting) and you want to know how to disable this as a CAD manager.
Solution:
Go to "HKCU\Software\AppDataLow\Software\Autodesk\Design Review\Settings\AutoUpdate\DoNotShowAgain" setting it to a value of 1. Once set, you can export this registry key and import it to others registry when logged in as the user, to prevent them from updating.
Warning! Problems caused by improperly editing the Windows registry could render your computer operating system unusable. Microsoft provides a wealth of critical information that you need to know about the registry in the Microsoft Knowledge Base.
Use the Microsoft® Registry Editor only at your own risk and only after backing up the registry as well as the system.dat and user.dat files as outlined for your operating system in the Microsoft Knowledge Base and in the related Autodesk solution, TS66513. Additional information about the registry is also contained in the Help topics in the Microsoft Registry Editor.
Special credit goes to Mark Cloyed at IMAGINiT Technologies for finding this Registry Key, using Procmon and passing on his find to Autodesk, Inc. Product Support. And dont forget Ronald Smith for pasing this on to me :-)

Any chance you guys could post a link to the Procmon software? I googled it but there are several websites and a couple of variations.

I'd just google "Process Monitor" and go for the one at the top
