#1 Don't... Schedule Regular Property Reindexes.

A property reindex should only be necessary following a change to the properties within the Vault client. In this situation the Vault Administrator should see a message indicating when it is necessary. It should not be run as part of a general maintenance strategy as it will consume significant CPU, RAM and disk resources along with incomplete searches with the vault clients. It's just not necessary.
