Kevin Jaufmann-Ludwig started to work as a software developer for AS/400 programs and also web programing with ASP scripts in 1999. From 2002 until 2004 he worked as an IT specialist with the role of a system administrator. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional.In 2004 he started at Compass Systems as a support specialist for the Data Management product Compass (now called Productstream Professional). In 2005 he joined Autodesk to do the support for Productstream Professional. His first experience with supporting the Vault Products was in 2006. Today he works as a support specialist primarily for the Vault products.
